Complaints Procedure

Your complaint will be handled by the Complaints Officer as per the Lynch Equities complaint procedures.

If a resolution is not reached within the appropriate time limit, the complaints officer will inform you of your right to raise your complaint or dispute with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA is an external, independent body set up to assist in resolving certain complaints. Lynch Equities is a member of AFCA.
